Well I heard that Charvel model 1as weren't routed properly for humbuckers because the height adjustment screw tabs don't have enough room. So it seems that I'll just take off the middle pickup and have 2 single coils spaces. The bridge pickup will be a SC size humbucker or a hotrails. It's a basswood body so I'm open to suggestions (DiMarzios also are suggestable :newangel: )
Here is what it may look like with the two 'single' coils, in different configurations. The neck pickup is covered because I most likely will swap one of the stacked single coils (i.e humbuckers I guess. Jackson J200) from the model 4 into the 1a, and give a true single coil to the model 4.

What do you think would look better? And do you have any other suggestions? I may change the pickguard for black pearl one.
