Its me again (the idiot strat owner) and No i didnt change the frets i left it to the pro hes going to change them in about 2 weeks
but i have a question

To make a guitar More Comfortable I understand that it must have low action and no buzz and good frets and the right gauge string but
i don't really understand how can the truss rod come into play as far as guitar comfort is concerned so could you tell me
what effect does a backbowed neck have and a frontbowed neck and the RightAmountOfBow neck thanks in advance .

It would be good for you to read up on the mechanics/geometry of a guitar. Try the link in my signature on guitar setup, it's pretty much where I started maybe 10 year back.

Also word of advice super low action may not always be preferable. If a string is to low you won't be able to get a good grip to do bends and may choke out when you do bend.

This is super true, while low action has its share of benefits, it also has its downsides. Other than the bending deficiencies mentioned, the biggest being the amount you can dig (how hard you can hit strings) while you are strumming or picking strings without buzz. It also has certain effects on how the guitar resonates, though that is very subjective.

However if you are starting out, its better you get the best lease in playing comfort, which low action gives you. Just get used to altering the setup of the guitar as you build urself as a player.

forward bow: comfortable at the beginning and the end of the neck......not comfortable in the middle of the neck

back bow: strings buzz at the first couple of frets and choke out in the middle

you kinda just have to experiment with action and back bow until you find whats good for you. I always start with my guitar at factory measurements, and then go from there
