I maybe get a kick in the :censored: but i'm thinking of painting my bass in a nice 50's-60's color, it's kinda dark i think now. I'm a huge fan of 60's pop/rock, surf and instrumental stuff like The Shadows, Beach boys, Rivieras the list goes on and on and i really dig the early fender colors. I'm thinking serious of Surf green, such a beautiful colour :cool3:

Talked to the guy today and he said that it's really expencive, i have to engage a auto paint shop, it's gonna cost from $133 and up, i can't afford that :yell:

Please tell me there's another way of doing this? :alcoholic

How cheap did you think this was going to be??? You could always go the do-it-yourself route.

I did a metallic blue rattle can (Krylon ;) ) paint job on a bass and it came out pretty good. The most important things you need to do is to do propoer prepparation. Sand everything well and you'll be fine.
