A propane torch is a much more useful kitchen tool than it is given credit for.

I got a roll of silicone tubing from Amazon just for that

Don't wash colored shop rags with you white t-shirts and towels

even with color safe bleach

It tooK two more runs with chlorine bleach to go from Robin's egg blue back down to a Seashore blue

If your truss rod seems to loosen when you turn tighten it, someone probably overloosened it. If it doesn't start to tighten again as you keep turning it right, it's probably broken.

This doesnt apply to dual action truss rods
