my dad's name's michael, and he's a carpenter/builder :cool2:
we were born in the same hospital, under the care of the same nurse! him as a trainee, me as an old woman!
he's not worked recently though, he's had a lot of trouble with polymyalgia rheumatica.

yep! when i was 16 we did a body together for a neck i had knocking about.. lets just say i know a lot more about how to design a neck joint now than i did then, it was a beast to play!
should see about doing it again someday!

i'm actually originally from newtownards, county down, northern ireland
parents moved to croydon (SW London), then i ended up in guildford for university, now i'm in cardiff for a year before my last year at uni!
A-Levels, foundation year, two years of uni.. i've squeezed in bands and half a dozen different jobs but i never really got back into sports as much as i probably should have!

not the bit i'm in! the north's a very different place, though. cardiff is on the south coast.. i can kinda see where you're coming from with the north though, the welsh language is much more prevalent and there's lots of open fields and small villages!

i don't! i didnt have the room and it was horrible to play, so i reunited the neck and it's original body and sorted the whole guitar out for someone to start out on...
good q, i didnt really have a guitar hero (!) as such.. probably the sounds radiohead were getting on tape? that and oasis, i love their recorded sounds.

i've not seen them filming! and i've been around the Dr. Who exhibition
they use lots of locations everywhere around cardiff - so i know which buildings are where, but thanks to the hours i work i don't tend to stumble across much..
the guy i carpool with walked straight onto a shot, off his face, clutching a pizza box, though :banana:

haha we were on holiday in north wales (like, the only time i'd ever been to wales before i came to cardiff) and it was the result of a massive drink/smoke/dare-athon one night.. someone whipped out a condom, and bet me i couldn't blow it up on my head.. the rest, as they say, is legend :cool2:
best summer holiday ever - we got a holiday cottege that slept 16, and 14 of us went up for 10 days.. we were all 17/18
