Thee-Guitar Stands

Re: Thee-Guitar Stands

Good price, Ehdwuld

Guitar Center used to blow out Fretrest hangers for $5 every so often
When the started wanting $15 each, I found these

The Fretrest are black and these are wood grain

I got the fret rest in the living room
The wood ones in the bedrooms

I got too many guitars

Re: Thee-Guitar Stands

I don't like the triple guitar stand because the heads are always banging into each other...I don't use it anymore because of that.

My favorites are wall hangers, but I have too many guitars to hang on my walls even staggered. So I also have many floor stands.

These work really great, are sturdy, convenient, don't take up much space, come in gorgeous colors, and are lightweight and very portable for taking to gigs:

I posted a DIY "boomerang" floor stand that takes up no room and goes up against wall. Looks pretty cool. It's down there somewhere.

See, those stands I don’t like. I have had a couple in the past and truth be told I’ve never had a mishap but I just feel like my guitar is going to do a backflip off of one.
Lol

I also have a 7 guitar floor stand that sits up to the wall. It's pretty efficient use of floor space, but that with all my wall hangers are not near enough for all my guitars.

I think these are more sturdy than the typical tripod type guitar stands. Plus they can be adjusted so the guitar sits very securely in them with little tendency to tip over in any direction. I also have modified most of mine by cutting an inch or two off of the front part of the feet to make them way more compact, taking up less floor space, without negatively affecting the balance/support/stability.
