OK then, as you asked nicely :)

I don't get to see it until the end of August, but it will be safely stored away till then. I give you a Tokai LS116F, factory fitted with SD 59's

Nice!!!! Sad as it may be, I've never even seen a real Japanese Tokai!

I had an LS65 decades ago. Factory pickups were by Gotoh. I fed it open bobbin SD Custom and Pearly Gates N pickups then proceeded to make a Neil Young type racket. ("Change Your Mind") Eventually, I returned the guitar to original spec and sold it to help finance my first PRS.
