Thinking of going ceramic for my strat bridge...

Im thinking about going for something ceramic like a super distortion of a duncan custom for the bridge of my strat...just cos i was listening to feed my frankenstein the other day and the solo really jumps out at you, and i thought it might have been partially due to a ceramic bridge pickup being used...

Do it. the Duncan Custom has become my favorite bridge pickup in a Strat.

I think ive never really considered a ceramic because i once heard this guys guitar which was one of those yamaha SG types with a custom in the bridge, and he was a crap player playing through a marshall DSL and i thought it sounded so terrible so that kinda tainted my views on them since.

I have a Custom and they are pretty fine if I do say so myself.
