Well, I got my tap on Mon on my way to work. BAD storm rolled through while at work, and taking out MY power from 10pm till 1 pm Tuesday afternoon. SO, when I got home Wed morning,1230 ish, I proceeded to wire it up in a single pup strat wannabe cheap guitar. Basswood body I think..
I took out the tone pot and put in another I have and wired for a spin n split deal. Works good but the pot I used only splits from 0-3. Not much.
Do I need a linear taper pot? Would the ohm-age make a difference?
It sounds ok in this thing, but I feel a need for quality pots to know for sure.
