There are TONS of replacement op-amps that you could sub for a TL071 if you know how to select 'em. The TL071 has a really low current draw and most of the replacement Burr Browns will consume at least 2-10 times as much juice so you need to make sure the power supply is up to the task.
What are you replacing and for what reasons? Do you want something faster, cleaner...more output? Smoother tone & response in an EQ circuit? Some of the other options can be a *little* unstable in some applications...supersonic oscillation can be a nightmare, it'll fry whatever's next in line and you won't know until it happens!
Burr-Brown, Mouser...Digikey etc. should all have crossover charts. FWIW, the TL081 is pretty much the same as a TL071...just selected for lower noise & tighter tolerances. If I was going to swap I'd go to something that'll really make a difference like the OPA674.
