To get or not to get?

Probably this new thread is been posted lik a million times... but i really want to know if i should get the OFR right now or get a new amp? i need both things right away, but the thing is that i do have 2 more guitars which work properly and as well 2 amps, but here is the catch, in the amp section i have a fender 15 watt frontman and a tube smarvo or xxl peavey heads with a 4x12 cab, the problem is tha that is to damn heavy to carry around and the gigs i usually play dont need that much power and forget about if i play with the 15 watt lunchbox, on the guitar section i just want to improve and fix my ibanez, which the post poles are wasted as well as the locking nut, i like the neck and the sound i get from the SD's pups i have on it but i dont know... so can o could you guys help me with this one?

Get a used Peavey CS200 power amp and run your GT-8 into the 4x12 cab with it. This will give you big meaty tones at lower volumes and save you about 40lbs from your tube head.

It might also leave you with enough for a nice schaller floyd. ;)

Aint that light Zerb, used to have one! Granted its a tad lighter than some tube setups, it still is heavy! For a solid state, its a great amp for the dollar though! Lots of good tones to be had out of it!

Maybe the one I had was on a diet, who knows... I definitely never found it "heavy"... then again back then I could also carry a 4x12 with one arm (not joking, either) :D
