First, we remove the frets and markers so we can flatten the radius to 9.5"

Then we attach thin strips of wood to prevent rocking.

Insert channel bit

Dive officer, make your depth 64 thousand

Don't forget to remove the truss nut (bad things happen when you hit them with a router)

Don't do it, just an innocent guitar neck!
