does anyone know where to get a 3 way toggle switch where each position can be wired up to just be 1 pickup by itself?

so okay, lets say 3 pickup guitar, 1 position for bridge alone, one for mid alone, and one for neck alone

other guitarist in my band needs one

not sure, you'd have to check the guitar since there is also a right angle version as seen on that page.

That is the original design idea behind the basic DPDT on-on-on switch, which is to act like a 3-way selector:

Just remember to add the little jumper that connects the center lug of one side to the end of the other. (Must be in the exact proper position.)
