I own a '90s (couldn't track the exact year..) Fernandes R9 equipped with a Seymour Duncan Jb Jr. in the bridge, and two Fender Noiseless (middle and neck). I bought it not so long ago.. so I decided to re do some of the electronics, because the switch didn't work at the time ... While doing that .. I decided to wire the switch, so the middle tone pot would affect the bridge pickup as well..(classic strat mod) .. So far so good.. everything worked.. But when I played in the second position of the switch (bridge + middle) it sounded really weird.. after researching I found out that the Jb Jr was out of phase with the other pickups.. so I switched the black and green wires as i read on a forum... GREAT.. now it sounds great in every position.... BUT....the Tone Mod stopped working... and i can't figure out why...
Does anyone have any idea about what could be happening?
