The Tonepro stuff is Gotoh plus holes. Unless you have a problem with rattling or stability I rate it as not a worthwhile upgrade.
Now, people report that ABR-1 bridges instead of Nashvilles give them huge improvements, but that requires more fiddling. Personally I think the major difference of an ABR-1 should come from the studs in the wood, and you can't have that easily.
Lightweight tailpieces are also reported to improve things.

I added TonePros bridges and tailpeices to a couple of guitars. While they bridge and tail are more stable, I can't really say its done anything to improve the tone. They do feel solid which I like. I have 1 set with the Graphtech saddles, I really like that option.

I can't comment on whether they noticeably *improve* the tone, but I *can* tell you they have good tone in themselves, and best of all they lock in place. I had a TonePros system on my 1st Ed Roman Quicksilver, and it was awesome. I highly recommend them.

+100000 on the GraphTech saddles recommendation - they help reduce string breakage *and* work wonders for making the tone of any guitar come alive in the process! Never again will I own a guitar without them! I have the Floyd Rose version of the saddles on the guitar in my avatar and they're awesome! :headbang:
