Things to think about tone and gassing. Save your money. Anybody feel free to correct me, long time since i have done this math
Hypothetical; One tone one volume on guitar, treb, mid, bass and one volume one channel on amp.
All knobs maxed at 10
10x10x10x10x10x10 one million combinations set to whole numbers only.
Now add a second pickup, a three position switch gain knob first and second boost compression and the variations in wiring of pickups and switch picking style and....
It is nearly infinite.
Add also humidity air pressure current draw on circuit you are plugged into just for sh $ts and giggles. And all the infinite points between the fixed whole numbers well...
The hunt for tone is time and patience not money. It starts at the beginning and will not end until you hit the six foot mark.
