Toneprint issue? HOF mini content

Ok, so I got this hall of fame mini. great hall reverb but the toneprint app doesn't have the hof mini on my phone? I have the newest version downloaded and my phone is capable of doing it so I don't understand why the mini isn't there. It's not the pedal because I can change the toneprint with my computer... so I guess I just need to find a way to get the mini onto my phone..... I'm a bit lost... any help here?

i have HOF mini on my app, maybe delete the app and DL again?

I just did that and when I download it it says I need to update the app now. but where do I go for the update? I looked in google play and didnt see anything that wasnt already installed.

hmm. Not sure about that. Updates usually come in randomly for me, then again the two pedals i have, have been on there for a while. Maybe there is a way to force an update? sorry me no help.

It's fine my friend, I appreciate the response. I just don't know what is up with it. I tried out a bunch of the toneprints and some of them are really cool but I don't want to have to hook the pedal up to my computer every time I want a new sound you know? Having the phone would be 10x as convenient.

It works with my moms iphone... so obviously something is not working correctly on my phone.

Do you have an older Android device, perhaps? Sometimes an app developer drops support for older devices, and then users of those devices won't receive any more updates.
