Talking about Greg's Pro Audio. I picked up this 1x12 convertible cab ~15 years ago. Empty it was ~$200. I put a C-Rex in it and never looked back. Currently running it open back. The build on this thing is solid. Switchcraft jack, 12ga oxygen free cable speaker wiring.
