The radius is likely going to be 400mm, or 16". I'm assuming you're wanting to upgrade the bridge to a better quality double-locking unit? It sounds like your Luthier isn't much of a luthier. You can shim the saddles to achieve the desired radius quite easily. People have used cut up soft drink cans, or things like emery paper, or you can buy shims specifically for Floyd Rose type bridges.
Well, the Floyd Rose shims you can buy separately are actually designed to set the nut lock's height, in case it buzzes when open strings are played.

Both the nut and the vibrato itself can be ordered with 9,5", 12" and 16" radii.

Guys just curious... what if i have a jackson soloist that has a compound radius from 12" to 16" as i believe... from the floyd of each saddle what radius will be most appropriate ? I heard floyd has 12" radius by default....
