Total noob in pickups needs advice on combination for Fender Strat Mexican HSS

Hey, I don't know anything about pickups cause I've always used the ones that came with the Fender Strat Mexican HSS. I'm into these tones:

Fusion-like players (greg howe, tom quayle for example)

Jazz(pat martino for example inthis concert)

Blues(stevie ray vaughan blues-like, guthrie govan, alex hutchings)

Funk/Rock (Richie Kotzen)

I know it's a lot to ask for just one guitar, but I'd like something versatile, I'm not pretending to perfectly achieve every single tone I mentioned, but I want a wide range of options between the 3 pickups of my choice. I would like one pickup for fusion-distorsions and one for nice clean sounds, the 3rd pick up should I change it as well?. I really need guidance on this matter, I don't know ANYTHING about this, I just know what I want to get out of the pickups but I don't know the products lines SD or Dimarzio has to offer. Thank you all.......this is my guitar:

I tried the "one strat to rule them all" thing for a long time. I never found a satisfactory "do it all" combo. I now have one strat with a CustomCustom bridge and Fender Fat 50's neck and middle which I use for SRV, Surf, and Van Halen. I have another strat with YJM Fury neck and middle and a Fender Atomic Humbucker which I use for shred stuff and solos.
