Anyone here have experience with a Traynor YCV20WR? It is on my short list for a tube amp - around 15 watts +/-. This is the link for the specs:

I like the idea of a Celestion Greenback, Nice looker too, but of course TONE is all that matters,.... and $$$ of course. I can't afford a Matchless or Dr. Z, etc. Thanks

P.S. I'll be using a 1970s Epiphone Riviera with Gibson '57 Classic (N) and Classic Plus (B) Pickups. Maybe a pedal or two (i,e, Boss BD-2 Blues Driver or Marshall BB-2 Bluesbreaker) - Not ready to spend on a Keeley or Analog Man Mod. yet.

Re: Traynor YCV20WR

I had the 80 watt 2x12 and currently own the YCV50. They're built like tanks and I think you'd be very happy with the tone of it.

Re: Traynor YCV20WR

I don't have any personal experience with the 20, so this could be completely off the mark, but I've heard the 20s don't sound as good as the bigger brothers. Then again, I own a YCV50 and love it.
