would a dallas rangemaster or any other kind of treble boost sound good with fender amps?

with a tweed Fender yes, with a Blackface or Silverface Fender no...

By itself, things could get ice pickey. But run the treble booster into an overdrive, and then the Fender amp. Your guitar's volume knob will let you find a lot of sounds in this setup.
