Treble!!

Hi Room

I just wanted to know how it is possible to get more treble out of a bridge pickup?

I hope you can help

Check the potentiometer assigned to it. If it is 250k, move it to 500. If it is 500.. go to 1000.

Otherwise.. Consider removing the tone pot from the bridge pickup circuit atogether.

You mean by adjusting the pickup?
You could try moving it a bit closer to the strings, or changing the magnet.

Besides adjusting the pickup, you could change your tone pots to a higher resistance, or even change the capacitors.

Of course you could also just turn up the treble knob on your amp. Haha. =)

Or you could consider adding a blow switch which would basically take all of the controls out of the scheme and run the pickup direct to the output jack!

You can adjust the screw polepieces closer to the strings. That will open the mids up and add some highs.
