As you can see the first three strings from the right don't go in the middle of the poles. I wanted to know if that's OK.
Also on the SD site is says that this pickup is best use for guitars with a vibrato bridge, just wanted to know what do you think about it with a hardtail bridge.
Well, it's meant to be used with "vibrato bridges" because the string spacing is wider on those and they make the sound "brighter." The parallel-axis trembuckers try to correct that...I guess...by being darker than their non-parallel-axis brethren.
As for whether it'll affect the sound, I have no idea...I can't attest to any knowledge of that.
Thanks guys. And what do you think about using it with a hardtail guitar? Would it be better to get a SD humbucker that sounds the same but with the correct pole spacing?

To clarify: The pole spacing isn´t really a Trem /Hardtail issue anymore, as many newer hardtails also have a wider string spacing.
The correct way to tell what you need is simple:
Lay a ruler across the strings at the height of the bridge pickup. If the e strings are less than 2" apart (i.e. 50mm or less), a standard spaced will work fine. If the spacing is 2" or more (so anything >50mm), a Trembucker will line up better.
