Both of these delays look almost the same and the features are the same
does anyone know if they SOUND the same and if anyone has any reviews or info on either one

According to Rid, these pedals are one and the same. The TC pedals are T-Rex's repackaged.:27:

Well yes...they are the very same ones in a TC housing.
No changes other than cosmetics, and damaged relations with T-rex's normal distributions.
