(Triple?) Humbucker sounds in a SSS

Having spent most of my time playing SSS (strats) guitars and hearing all this hoopla about humbuckers made me curious about venturing to the darker side.

Any suggestions on what to install in an alder bodied, maple/rosewood necked bolt on? In my ignorance I was almost thinking about trying to get the most aggressive humbucker-like sounds out of all 3 pickups as to provide as great a contrast possible to my guitar with single coils.

Made me wonder if I should bother with a triple humbucker sound, go with a HSH or SSH sound instead.

What kinda music do you play? or what kinda tone are you looking for it?

Probably use that one to get some Sabbath/Ozzy, Maiden, Megadeth (70's - 90's rock/metal tones) sounds out of it if there's any single coils that come close.

Probably unrelated to my objectives the Tone Zone S and Hot Rails were two of the first pickups I considered for the bridge position.

If you want the ultimate in versatility, I would go with a Hot Rails in the bridge, Vintage Rails in the mid, and Cool Rails in the neck. I've got that set up in my Hamer Mirage and it kills.

I hear the Tone Zone S is an awesome bridge pu (although I myself have the Fast Track 2), so is the Hot Rails, they'll both do just fine, it's a matter of your personal preference which one you'll like best.
As for the middle and neck, Vintage Rails and Cool Rails won't disappoint you, if you want sth in DiMarzio a good combo would be the Pro Track/neck, Fast Track 1/Middle or, if you want a more Straty sound (you can definitely nail the "Brave New World" sound with that!) then perhaps you could use the Fast Track 1 for the neck and a mid-output pu like the Cruiser (or even leave a true single coil, I myself kept the stock Strat one!)...

I think single coil sized humbuckers are the greatest for the neck position on any setup other than the H-H and middle on many (most?) SSH or SSS situations...
