Triple Shot wiring help

Hello all,
I was looking around for an exact diagram for what I need, and can't find it. I'm new to wiring, and the only diagrams I can find are confusing me a bit.
I have an HSH guitar, with a 5 way switch, 1 vol, 1 tone and two Triple shots. I've already wired my humbuckers to the Triple Shots, I just don't know exactly where to go from there.
The only diagrams I could find with Triple Shots were for 3 way switches, or 2 vol, 2 tone.

One of the knobs is also a push/pull, so if anyone has suggestions for what to do with it, that'd be awesome.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Triple Shot wiring help

You should have the conductor wires of each pickup attached to the following triple shot lugs:

W = White wire
G = Green wire
B = Black wire
R = Red wire
g = pickup's plate ground (bare) wire

The outputs are:
- = negative
+ = positive (hot)

So, just ground negative (-) and ground (+) to your common grounding spot (the case of a pot, by example), and use the positive (+) to wire your axe as any regular Fender Strato SSS.

Re: Triple Shot wiring help

I think it just deleted my reply, but I guess that's what I get for trying to do this on my phone.

I already had the humbuckers wired to the Triple Shots. My problem was about what to do after that. Like how to wire them to the knobs and switch.
And I'm not 100% sure about which wire (white or black) is the negative or positive wire.

Also, I'm not sure what the standard strat wiring is like, so clarification on that would be Awesome as well.

This diagram has a three way switch, just substitute your 5 way and add the single coil pup. So...wire it just like this following diagram, pretending that your TSs are your neck and bridge single coil pups.

Black and bare from TS goes to ground, White goes to the switch, just like in the diagram. If you find that you have a phase issue, just reverse the black and white wires from your middle pup.

Re: Triple Shot wiring help

Thank you very much, Guitardoc! That's just the info I needed. I had tried to combine 3 or 4 different diagrams to get what I needed, and it didn't end up working quite right.

Would you happen to have any advice for the push/pull functions? The TS's basically do most of what I thought push/pulls could do, but even more options would be really cool.

Re: Triple Shot wiring help

You can use a push/pull to get out of phase, but IMO, with Triple Shots you can get parallel which is a much more useful tone than OOP.
