tube shopping

Time to get new tubes for the bassman...any recommendations that'll keep it clean until the volume goes up to seven, and respond well to my pedal's distortion?

if that's a pipe dream, gimme something that breaks up at with the volume at two so i can use full-on tube OD at like five or six...maybe i'm being needy

Although alot of people pan them, I 've had very good luck with using Groove Tubes, If you use them, go with a #6 or 7 to keep it cleaner longer.
