tuners for 72 Strat

My 72 tuners are done! What to buy? Originals? Other? Its an lefty Strat, do I need LEFTY? tuners. The 'F' on the tuners would be upside down if you took the ones off my Axe and put them on a righty. 2 screw set-up for each tuner.

You might want to check out some locking tuners from, Planet Waves, Grover, Gotoh, Schaller, or Sperzel. All make good quality locking machine heads priced from 50 - 90 bucks. Good luck.

Be careful. I bought a new set of Fender brand '70's tuning machines' and they wouldn't fit my '75 strat without routing more wood from the headstock (the metal sheath around the post itself is too wide).

I'd try to get something so that I didn't have to cut on my strat or mod it in any way unless it's already non-stock.
