seksiretard: but it's hard to tune cuz the tuning keys are sh*t...gotta turn hella hard

seksiretard: no they're loose but they're hella ghetto so when the string gets really tight you have to turn really hard

Any thoughts?

It's probably hosed. We had a guitar like that come through our shop a few weeks back.. we tried switching out different parts and lubricating it, and eventually we just cut our losses and replaced it.
