Can you put covers on a twangbanger? I've heard it's a difficult fit.

One of the pole pieces (the B or E string, can't remember offhand) sits lower than normal in the pickup cover and looks unusual, but it's not a problem.

That's right. The fragile copper wire will be exposed if you don't put a cover on it. You want a cover and a standard Strat pickup cover should work just fine. Lew
