Twin Tube Classic SFX-03, volume has been dipping!

I've owned this pedal for a few years, and recently I've been having some issues. Randomly when playing, the volume will just dip, it goes very low and the volume knob stops working after the 9 o' clock position. Has anyone had this problem? I sent an email to SD customer support but I haven't heard anything back yet. Does anyone know if the manufacturer does repairs?

I've had mine for 5 years with no problems at all. I've heard of other forum members who have had problems with them, however. Could just mean the replacement of the vol pot, but writing to customer support is probably your best option right now before you attempt any repairs yourself.

Hi, did you get your volume pot sorted. I have a similar problem on the lead channel volume pot, mine goes loud and won't turn off. I noticed a notch when I turn the knob so I'm guessing it needs replacing. Problem is trying to find out what type of pot it is, any ideas?
