Twin Tube SFX 03 Stopped Working!

Hi all,

I got this (used) pedal on ebay a few weeks ago and bought the power adapter separately from a designated SD supplier (16V and 600mA).

The pedal worked like a charm for a few weeks and sounded great. A couple of days ago it suddenly stopped working (the light won't come on and it's totally dead). I tried different sockets but got the same results. It happened over night and the pedal wasn't dropped or abused in any way.

If anyone has any ideas as to what may have happened and how this can be resolved, I'll be greatly appreciative!

I've had a similar issue with the same pedal? The pedal was working fine, then the next time I came to use it wouldn't? The lights work, and it works in by-pass mode, but as soon as you enable either one of the channels it kills all sound?

Would be reall grateful if anyone knows of a potential diagnosis?

Here's the problem, the SFX-03 has true high-voltage inside. This is the kind of thing that you really want to take to a bonafide competent tech.
