"Twistedcaster" 99% done now...(and other guitar makeovers)

Well the "Twistedcaster" tele is almost done...the inlays are done and it looks KILLER IMO...now i just need some locking tuners and she'll be 100% done...here are the pics of that...

and some other guitars got makeovers...

the stripper schecter XXX got some new duncans and rings...

my yellow strat got a new pickguard while i wait and find a place to chrome plate the diamond plate one that was on there...this is temporary but i'm starting to like the crazy McDonalds look now...

my metallic black/charcoal LP lost its pickguard and silver knobs and silver pickup rings (on the schecter now) since it was too much brushed silver IMO...much cleaner and sleek look now!! i also have a black switchwasher on the way for it to finish of the clean and simple look!

danglybanger wanted to see my guitars so i'll add pics of the rest in this thread in a few as i dig them out...

danglybanger here are some of the others for you that you asked to see...

(just bought from tatooedcarrot...in getting a custom headstock logo i designed put on...better pics soon)

Strat project in the works...waiting on the "guts" in the mail...

yellow strat with diamondplate guard before duncans...just for the heck of it..

recently SOLD guitars...

(sold to Kac...enjoy it man!!!)


and my GAS is making me want to build another "monster" tele so that will be next and the spawn guitar and maroon tele will most likley go up for sale...

What's the funky black guitar?

hehehe funky lol...that was my first guitar and man i love it...it's a 1979 Guild S60D with factory dimarzio's in it...it sounds and plays amazing but needs new frets BAD now since i and my brother (he passed it down to me) played the hell out of it!! it'll get new frets soon and be used once again!

thanks man and i'm lovin' the tele, it came out great and sounds and feels so amazing...that's why it's my main guitar!!! also, you can't go wrong with a yellow strat, they just look so damn cool IMO!!! i'd do a hardtail for sure if i were you...but i never use my strat trems anyway, i lock them all down and hide the bars lol. although daphne blue is very cool and on my list of colors for strats i'd like to own...i have an itch for a relic'd daphne strat with a maple neck!! if you go relic i'd go daphne if you go "new" i'd go yellow!

X...tht copper LP will be mine forver lol, i'll never sell it, i got some good offers and passed on them all...and i have two nuts so what would i do with a third lol.

theodie the inlay was done but Cris Mirabella of http://www.mirabellaguitars.com/ he does AMAZING work and does all the work on my guitars that's above my head (inlays, finishing, fretleveling etc etc.) he's a great guy to deal with also, very cool and knows his $hit for sure!!

your twistedcaster is something to be proud of man! i'd like to have one like that.

but your finish is too shiny.. i can see the ceiling tiles in it.. i though it was cracks and dings in the finish >.<

lol thanks Davey...i'm very proud of her...it came out great!! as for the finish lol i was wondering if someone would think the ceiling tiles from the drop ceiling in my room where in the finish...it's just shows you, i'm xssive about everything, even how clean and shiny my guitars are when i'm not playing them!!

hacker, you know, i'm not 100% sure about that, i know they are dimarzios for sure since i was told a while back that it came with factory dimarzio XXXXX in it i just forgot what the XXXXX part was lol...and i've never touched the guitar aside from string changes and setups so it's all stock (odd for me)

Beautiful guitars. The twistedcaster is absolutly awesome! And I am enjoying the "peel this" strat, even though it currently has no pick-up and no strings, it's quite nice to look at.
