UGD Jam 1

Re: UGD Jam 1

Great job Robb! These sound great, I've listened to them several times now. One quick question, is the "Seymour and Friends" jam the one with with Scott playing?

Yeah, I think so! But I'm not positive. It was around the 6th tune of the night, and Kat WAS right after it.

Re: UGD Jam 1

Robb I am glad that you kept Kat's vocal in there. You must have used some magic because it's not really bad.. and wow, that guitar vocal thing sounds waycool.

Re: UGD Jam 1

Well Hot Damn I'm the 2nd soloist on the 1st track!!! The slow blues in A... I didn't play as well as I would've liked cuz something in the Plexi rig was causing a lotta buzz ( i think my axe was having grounding problems) and I didn't get a whole lotta time to adjust my tone and couldn't hear real well and I was a bit nervous... theres a few duff notes in there but it ain't half bad. Robb made it sound pretty good actually!

I gotta record some stuff on my home PC and show you what I sound like when no one's watching :laugh2:.

Re: UGD Jam 1

Seymour's set that opened up the jam was amazing. He gets the best tone out of his rig and his playing ,forget it!! When I got home on Saturday I wanted to get a Tele asap! There was so many good players playing that night.Kat was great and George was just tearing it up.Since I played right after him I was next to the stage waiting to go on so I had a great view of his chops (WOW!!) It was very inspiring (as were a lot of the performances that evening!) When it was my turn to go up and play I was psyched!! I had the best time at the whole event and made a bunch of new friends!!I really hope they do it again next year!!!

Re: UGD Jam 1

No offence, but they both had me craving clean tones. Who's jam was this, Dimarzio's? Kidding.... someone in the first clip came through for me around two thirds of the way. Great playing in both, very cool.

Ronny, you were no slouch up there yourself! Loved your playing and it just looked like you were having so much fun. I listened to the demo that you gave Tyler, cool tunes. Are you coming Washington anytime this year?
