This is for the Forums BEST Fender Strat. Criteria for a Strat include:
- MIM, Highway One, American, etc...that family of Strat
- Limited Modifications: Must be ORIGINAL COLOR, Minor hardware changes: Bridge/tuners, knobs.
- Any pickup configuration
We will hold an open mod contest for whatever you hacked up and repainted later, super strats, G&L's, Etc.
Basically, except for perhaps a pup change and/or bridge/tuners, it had better be a bone stock Strat.
I will select up to 10 of the best and then we will vote by poll. So, this is the Qualifying HEat, if you will. If you have a junky @$$ CBS wore out standard, think twice about posting a pic. (unless it has so much mojo it can't lose...)
So, Let's Go! Post your most awesome Strat! Please add a few words at the bottom of the pic to tell us about this candidate for most awesome LP (year, bought for/because, pickups if changed, tone, list of limited mods...
