Un-plated tail piece bushings.

I was curios. Is there any advantage to having bushings without plating installed in a guitar. Since most plating is nickel would un-plated bushings really transfer vibration any better?

No advantage.

No reason to think a plating would be any different to the bonds holding the metal molecules together.
You are overthinking this. There is way more gap/loss potential between the t/p and the studs, the studs and the bushings, then the bushings and the guitar body.
