Unfinished clip, mix & tone test

Re: Unfinished clip, mix & tone test

Your songs are pretty much the best music I listen to, which I get to listen to for free which brings me to my next point. Dude, you better watch out for the RIAA....before long they will be out to get you and guys like you since you're putting out better music cheaper, which one would logically assume to mean that you are costing them money. I don't think they have used this tactic yet, but it's only a matter of time. Either start writting terrible songs or start charging money.:bigthumb:

WOW, that's definitely more praise than my stuff deserves, but thank you very much! :)

I just updated the mix a bit; added more bass to the drums, brought the bass guitar level up a little, brought the guitar levels down a little.

Still working on Faces; this is actually a sidetrack, I was working on Faces when this one popped up & I had to get it recorded. Ya know how it is! ;)

It sounds solid!I dig the BassLines and the 2. Riff alot! The Distrotion is extreme cool!Only the Snare sounds too "high" tuned. That's all!

Re: Unfinished clip, mix & tone test

Updated again, still trying to mkae the kick drum & bass guitar more prominent :)

Re: Unfinished clip, mix & tone test

Thanks! The amp model is the Uberschall with a bunch of stuff added in (clean boost, reverb, delay, chorus). It's actually one of my lead patches; it sounded pretty good playing chords through it, so I toned down the effects a bit & tried it out.

Works well, good job.

Re: Unfinished clip, mix & tone test

Curt, you filthy tone mongering beast. You've gestated and birthed a behemoth of a foundation, now amuse me with one more twisted element. A trippy, warbly phased out line of some sort that can machete its way through one of those sections, appearing out of nowhere and then disappearing just as suddenly. It can be one note or a few, but it needs to be slightly disturbing and it needs to sound like it is flying around with a large wingspan. I know you know what I mean.

Cheers...........................wahwah
