Univox U-65R worth buying?

There's someone selling a univox u-65rn in my area, it says 50w on the back, 10" speaker for $75. From what I read online it's a ss amp that actually outputs around 10-15w. From reviews the amp is not loud cranked, great for cleans and nice overdriven sound. What do you guys know about this amp? Is it worth the price also?

A U-65 was my first actual guitar amp back in the day. OK for low volume clean sound and that's about it, cranked, they have this horrible messy solid-state kind of distortion. The 50W is how much electricity it draws not puts out. I could see paying MAYBE $50 tops in good shape.
