I have a chance to buy one of these 1960's beasts for 300 bucks. Its in mint condition with the hard shell case. It has stock electronics that sound great, it has the chunky headstock and the f holes and all that sexy stuff. It sounds bomb, and it weighs a ton. Nice and resonant. 300 bones. Not bad at all. I would have paid 150 for the looks even if it didn't play great. Its a real gem. If I get the job I'm interviewing for tomorrow I'm gonna put a deposit on it.

This is the body shape, mine will have a sunburst reddish finish, way cooler IMO.

Very cool. I'd kill for a lawsuit-era natural maple Univox LP copy. I love the model name: the "Gimme Gimme".
