unorthodox duncan match.. how'd it sound?

ok guys, i just snagged a bridge phat cat on ebay.. im thinking of putting it in the neck and pairing it with a screaming demon. basically, it's a hotter, snappier version of the demon/a2p and demon/PG sets..

the PC bridge comes in at 8.49k with a peak at 6.3KHz, basically a singlecoil, A2, slightly hotter and darker '59 neck.. im well aware this might be too bassy, but im hoping the singlecoil aspect of it will balance.. and give my all-mahogany RG a nice warm bluesy neck tone!

the PCb in the neck is cooler and brighter than the hot and custom soapbar neck models.. what do you guys reckon?

I think the PCb might be a bit too much. I say this because I paired a PGn and a PCb in my LP and it balanced perfectly.

i hear you, i'm definitely gonna try it first though! i have a full shred neck on the way, so if it's too much, i'll fall on back to it..
