You need to disassemble the jack entirely and add a spacer to extend the Tip connection so the plug will insert fully.

If you have another jack you can strip a spacer from. That jack will then become useless, however.

Otherwise you can make several rings out of paper and stack them, or some other material (credit card, guitar pick, etc).

I actually took 2 extra jack washers and stuck them on the inside and outside of the jack plate and it seemed to fix it so far thank you I had no idea you could even disassemble the actual jack
