I’ve recently gone a little crazy and have decided to finally finish my board in terms of pedals at least, so last night I ordered 5 pedals (4 used pedals from Reverb, one new directly from Fortin Amplification.)
The pedals are as follows:
Strymon Mobius modulation unit which shall be replacing my MXR Black Label Chorus.
Boss SY-300 Synthesiser pedal which will be covering a lot of new ground.
Wampler EGO Compressor V1 as my first foray into Compression.
Black Arts Toneworks Coven to Replace my Wren & Cuff Violet World for all my Doom/Sludge needs
Then the Fortin Mini ZUUL which will be replacing my Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor so I can have a gainy and über tight distortion tone without any of the associated noise problems.
The pedals should all be here in the next week or so and then it’ll be a few more weeks until they’re fully incorporated into the board as I need to purchase a bigger board and a power supply with more grunt (Temple Audio TRIO 43 and Cioks Ciokolate respectively.)
