Using tune-o-matic bridge with tight radii

will that work out?
isn't a tune-o-matic set up for 12" or something?

Yes, TOM bridges have a radius of 12", but you can easily set it to conform to any radius by correctly slotting the bridge saddles.

Most solid techs I know grind*the base of the saddles down to correct the radius on TOM and ABR-1 bridges.
