I really don't notice the chirp. I've used Tortex, Ultex and Gators in 1.14 mm for years and they're still my go-to picks, but I have a collection of V-Picks. Some of the thicker picks are nice to practice with, but the Screamer, Tradition, Traditon Lite and the Red Rocker in particular are great. I like the grip. I did an acoustic gig last summer, and the Red Rockers were wonderful in the heat. If you drop picks these are a godsend, and produce a strong, solid tone.
