It looks like there are two versions of the creamback; one 75 and one 65 watts. Gearjoneser loves his. By the way, I ran a 60 watt Univox amp for many years with a G12H30/V30 2x12 and never had a problem. Non master amp with the volumes set around halfway channel jumped and using a Vox Tonelab modeler. If he's using the master on the TSL, and he doesn't need crazy volume, he should be okay....based on my experience though.

The G12H30/V30 combo is not a problem at all. I don't need crazy volume either, the volumes knobs are usually around halfway. I'm not a gigging musician. I wish I could try those creambacks before actually purchasing, just to see if it's worth the trade. So many options lol

I completely forgot to mention, 1 reason I suspect the cab in the op is so cheap is due to it being red tolex and brown grill cloth...nder:

To each their own I suppose, I vastly enjoy my Celestion Greenbacks over the Private Jacks OR the GB12s I had. The eminence versions were to 'brittle' sounding too me and didn't have that lil' something I like about the Celestions. YMMV.

Just picked up the cab after all, loving the greenbacks. Definitely liking more than my other cab. Now to decide the next move

what's a fair market price for either of these cabs? I put them for sale at $275 and I'm not getting very many bites
