A Ficus
So a friend from work let me borrow his VHT Special 6 Ultra combo for the week.
He wants to sell it and he's made some nice mods to it
He changed the tube to the big bottle 6L6 and put in a Patriot speaker.
It really sounds great.
The downside is the ultra chanel's isn't foot switchable
And the isn't any reverb
The ultra channel is really crunchy and it has two power modes for quiet jamming
I wanted the Bugera Infinium G5 because of the cabinet simulated headphone out that I could run into my mixer for recording
But it's a head so I would have to get a cabinet for it.
Here's some pictures let me play it for a week and see what I think then
