Can someone please help me identify this pickups?

Re: Vintage Alnico II pro???

They look like Alnico II pro's to me. You have them backwars though. The "B" should be in the bridge spot and the "N" should be in the neck spot.

Re: Vintage Alnico II pro???

They were wound by MJ. If I'm not mistaken those are the same pickups and era, Slash has in his Derrig LP.

Re: Vintage Alnico II pro???

Is there anyway to confirm who wound the pickup?

What do you mean?

It's written in black and white... "J" means Juarez, which means Maricela Juarez, head of the Seymour Duncan Co. Custom Shop and p'up winder extraordinaire.

Need a COA? ;)

DeanSweden said there was someone else with the letter 'J'
in the first half of the 80s. So what I want to confirm is who made/wound the pickups?

Maricela Juarez or "the other J" ??

And yes, I would love to have a COA :laugh2:
