Vintage Hot Rails??

I saw some Duncan Hot Rails on Ebay..guy says there like 20 years old ,but they dont have Seymour Duncan on them like all his other pickups..are these real duncans ??

Is there any tonal difference between the old hot rails and hte new palstic covered versions?

From the one picture it does look like one. Ask for a picture of the back if possible
