Vintage Ibanez 335

Re: Vintage Ibanez 335

2397 ES-335
- double cutaway semi-hollow thin ES-335-style hardwood body, top and back binding, two f-holes, bolt-on neck, 22-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl trapezoid inlays, three-per-side tuners, tune-o-matic-style bridge, trapeze tailpiece, raised white pickguard, two Low-Z low impedance pickups, four knobs, three-way switch, chrome hardware, available in Gold Top with mahogany back and sides finish, mfg. 1974-76.

This was the only info I found on such, Luci. From the prices they gave, that price is an absolute steal.

Re: Vintage Ibanez 335

Ply or solid top?

Its got a "neck plate"?

Bolt on???

Yes to bolt on, I'm pretty sure it's laminated because even the Gibson 335's are laminated bodies.

That's the same info I found on about 5 different 335 style, but all have either trap inlays or block, can't find one with dot inlays.............

Cool guitar, they sold those under a lot of different names,Domino, Penco, etc...

I remember borrowing one from my cousin way way back, it played well and sounded good, one of the first electrics I ever played.
